How to measure myself ?
Firstly, you will need to wear a bra you already
own, however one with out padded cups since this will give a false
measurement in the cup size.
THERE ARE TWO MEASUREMENTS THAT YOU WILL NEED:
1.BAND/UNDERBUST MEASUREMENT
Measure directly under your bust. Place the tape
measure around your torso, just under your bust. Check in a mirror
side-on that the tape is level and straight around your body. Exhale and
take a FIRM measurement.
This measurement relates to the width of the diaphragm and will be a number such as 10 (32), 12 (34), 14 (36) etc. - this measurement will be different in different areas of the world. See the HOTmilk size chart below for global sizing measurements. This measurement must be taken super FIRM (almost tight)!
2. CUP MEASUREMENT
This measurement relates to the size of your breast and will be a letter such as A, B, C etc.Measure
around the fullest part of your bust. Check in a mirror, side-on, that
the tape is level and straight around your body. Take a loose
measurement, rounding up not down.
